Builderall Tutorial 46 – How to access an email campaign report #BuilderallTutorial

I'm Shelley Turner with the Builder all team in this video I'm going to show you how to look at your email campaign report to get some incredible information to help you manage your email campaign so here I am on the mailing boss dashboard and I'm going to go up to the top menu and I'm going to choose campaigns and then email sequences and in here I'm going to go to manage campaigns and I'm going to go to show advanced to get more information about each campaign and then the next thing I'm going to do is scroll down and find one of my emails that I want to look at to look at the email campaign report information so I'm going to look at the fourth email sixth day and I'm going to scroll all the way over to the right hand side and I'm going to click the first icon which is called the overview icon I'm gonna click that and here is some incredible information that we can have access to about each one of our email campaigns that are a part of our autoresponder so the first thing that we're gonna look at is the email sent it'll tell me how many emails were processed how many were successfully delivered our success rate as a percentage how many errors and our error rate as a percentage the next thing we can look at is the open rate we look at how many were processed how many unique opens there were what the unique open rate is as a percentage all of the opens and then the all open rate as a percentage the next bit of data is the click rate it tells us how many were processed the click-through rate as a percentage the total URLs the unique clicks the unique click rate as a percentage all clicks the all click rate as a percentage and then the clicks to open rate as a percentage scrolling down we can see that we can find information about the bounce rate how many emails are processed how many of those emails bounced back what the bounce rate is as a percentage the hard bounces the hard bounce rate as a percentage the soft bounce and the soft bounce rate as a percentage the next item is the unsubscribe rate this is how many emails are processed how many were unsubscribed and the unsubscribe rate as a percentage I can go down here and click more information and in here I have a lot of information available including the latest click links the last opens the top click link and subscribers with the most opens then I have a summary of the campaign including what type of campaign this is what list segments that it's a part of and a lot of other information that you can use to really hone in on whether this email campaign is successful for you now under each item we've got another button that's called view details I'm gonna click that button and it's going to give me a report that shows all the subscribers that were processed in order to receive the email that was sent and it'll also show the emails that have been successfully sent or not so you can do the go back to campaign overview or you can export the report on to your computer so each one of these have a way to get even more detailed information and to get that report exported onto your computer so let's go back to our report screen and this is very valuable information that you can use to make sure that you are using the best content in your emails and you're getting the best results including open rate click rate the fewest bounces and the fewest unsubscribes so this is how you're going to access your email campaign report and mailing bus
